Remindfulness

The Classic edition

Return

to the present moment — again and again, until the habit is ingrained.

Remindfulness Classic hero panel

You have learned so many ways to reconnect with your Source, to bring your attention to the present moment... if only you could remember to do them throughout your busy day. Remindfulness runs quietly in the background and gently calls you back to your truth, throughout your waking hours. Woven into the fabric of your day, mindfulness becomes a real way of life rather than an isolated portion of it.

These aren't generic wellness tips. The more than one hundred reminders that ship with the app draw on non‑denominational spiritual teachings, the perennial wisdom found at the heart of every tradition yet belonging to none, each distilled into a practice simple enough to do in a few moments, often without moving or even closing your eyes.

Make it yours

Choose whether reminders arrive with an alert tone, and which one. Choose random timing and how many you'd like, or a regular interval that suits your rhythm. Suspend the app while you sleep and it wakes with you. Write your own reminders and tell the app to use ours, yours, or a mixture of both.

New in 3.0: import a whole list of your own reminders at once, paste a column from a spreadsheet or a list from your notes, one per line, and back up your reminders with a tap, restoring them any time through Import.

26 alert sounds, plus Random

A note on notifications

For the best experience, allow notifications for Remindfulness when the app asks. If you'd like reminders to stay on screen until you've seen them, go to Settings > Notifications > Remindfulness and choose the Persistent banner style. Opening a reminder from time to time also tells iOS you're using them, which keeps them flowing.

About the images in the app

The water droplets on the Home screen symbolize clarity. The flower on the Customize screen is a Cosmo, which symbolizes peacefulness. The dandelion seed on the Settings screen is about potential. The quartz crystals on the Reminder screen are there because quartz enhances meditation. The butterfly on the About screen is about transformation. The bodhi leaf on the Reminder List screen symbolizes enlightenment.

Please enjoy Remindfulness. I created it to help me, throughout my day, to return joyfully to the present moment. I hope it will help you do the same.
