Follow these steps to perform a clean install

Make sure you have wi-fi. Double-click the device's Home button

Find the remindfulness icon and tap the minus sign. Single-click the Home button.

Tap the x - it will ask if you really want to delete remindfulness...

Tap Delete. Then go and re-download the app.
