At least, that is, "updated" in terms of typing text into a box on my web site. In terms of writing a blog post in my head while driving or walking or weeding the garden or standing in the shower...
An art teacher I had in high school once told me, "Never paint in your head. What you finish in there will never make it onto a canvas because there will be no need." His words come to mind as I think of all the blog posts that streamed out of me into the ether and perhaps landed on someone else's site via the collective unconscious creativity matrix we get any kind of art from.
Maybe I can do what Tom Waits does, according to Elizabeth Gilbert's TED talk about the nature of the Muse. When he gets given a song while driving or in some otherwise-upredisposed-to-writing-it-down position, he politely asks The Muse to hold that thought until he can get to his notepad. And s/he does.
